Have any questions on how to submit a listing on our directory?

We’ve answered most common and frequently asked questions below. Please check here first before contacting us.

You can submit a listing by first choosing the sub-category that best matches your business. Do not submit to a parent category. A listing in a sub-category automatically appears on the parent category of the sub-category.

In case you cannot find a sub-category that your business fits in, add to the most suitable parent category. We will check your business and create a new sub-category and add your listing to it.

The next step is to choose the submission package you wish to add your business on.

Yes. If not already registered, you’ll find the option to register on the 3rd step of the submission form.

If you have previously registered to submit another listing, you can log-in with the same username details.

Listings that have been submitted to any of our premium packages are usually activated within 24 hours. We do our best to activate listings well before this period. It could be as short as a few minutes after you’ve made a submission.

 

This edition covers all U.S. States. This means that your business can be based anywhere in the United States. As long as it’s not a business type we do not accept, you can submit your business.

All of our listing packages have the duration in package description. A listing’s duration starts once it has been approved by admin and activated. In other words, you do not loose duration time while your listing awaits admin approval.

Yes you can. As a listing owner on our directory, you can log-in at any time to manage your listing.

You will find the ‘Manage Listing’ link in the header and footer areas of our website.

The link to manage your listing is also sent with the email notification we send you when your listing has been activated.

No we don’t. Unlike other directories that may charge you for receiving any leads from your listing, we provide this service for free.

Each listing on our directory comes with its own contact form. Any messages that are sent via this form go to your email address inbox free of charge.

In case you find a message that’s been sent from your listing in the spam folder, mark it as ‘Not Junk’. This will make the next message that gets sent via your listing’s contact form land in your e-mail’s inbox.

Absolutely. We are more than happy to send as many customers your way from as many methods of contact as possible.

Our submission form includes many fields including ones for entering your website, telephone, cell phone and several social media accounts.

Please do not include any contact information in the listing description fields. We will remove it!

All contact information must be entered in the appropriate field.

Yes we do. We have an international business directory and several special editions for other countries.

If you don’t already have it installed, we recommend using Google Analytics.

To know the amount of traffic your website is receiving from your listing, please go to ‘Acquisition >> All Traffic >> Referrals.

Do we give support on how to use Google Analytics or analyze the stats? No we don’t. We do however plan to launch a blog very soon. We will be covering this and hundreds of other topics that will help you with your website and to promote your business online.
